Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction

Custom-made, prefabricated volumetric structures with a supporting frame, walls, floors, ceilings, insulation, cladding, and utility lines. With a high level of support of up to 95%.

Frame-sheathing walls

Frame-sheathing wall based on a light steel thin-walled frame

A prefab element made of light gauge steel framing (LSFC) is a wall constructed using a lightweight thin-walled steel frame (LSFC), one side of which is clad with Aquapanel, a moisture-resistant cement-based panel material. A waterproofing and windproofing membrane is installed between the frame and the cladding to protect the structure from moisture and wind.These panels are used for exterior and interior walls and ceilings. They are transported and installed on-site.
